No, I can't handle all the break downs.

 

Ordered pre-cut tint for the front windows a few weeks ago and finally took the time to install it this morning.

Not much change but with the state limit being 50% for the fronts, I wasn't expecting much.

And since I took over the garage, I figured I might as well vacuum and clean the inside. A run through the car wash wouldn't be a horrible idea, either.

 

Although this is the most reliable Ford I have ever owned

 

I think it's an all or nothing affair with the OEM LCAs, at least that's what the service advisor told me. I didn't mind since it was getting paid for by the warranty

 

It is a better way of doing it that is for sure. Surprised they put that much effort into it.

 

Retired my rrw wheels and put them on my wife’s 4Runner this morning because I grabbed some new scs wheels.

Installed the DS18s that my wife bought me for my birthday. Super easy swap. The hardest part was getting the connector off with the windshield burning my hands in the sun. Should've parked in the shade. The sound us a huge improvement. Unfortunately my phone is full of water behind the lenses,so no photos.

 

Tested out 911 Motorsports jack extension accessories. These have a 1.5" bore and fit a turd gen 4Runner OEM jack without modification:



The saddle has cutouts to fit frame rails and round tubes (like sliders). To spread the ground pressure, I'm also using a Reese hi-lift jack base with a few diagonal cuts in the locator ring:



The turd gen 4Runner OEM jack has a 3500 lb capacity, 500 lb more than the turd gen Tacoma OEM jack. Only thing to watch for: since the jack's swivel plate is wider than the ram, the 911 extension tube can tilt. You need to position the jack so the extension tube remains aligned with the ram.

Love that bumper. That light bar is bright as hell. My son has one on his 4 runner. Bout blew me away the first time he turned it on.

 

DS-18s replaced the stock tweets? 100% improvement.

Yes. It is such a huge improvement over the stock ones. I read all about them here, but was still a bit skeptical. They're just tweeters, after all. I was wrong. They are so much better.

 

Came home from a camp trip and had a new arrival from @theolee waiting for me to finish the tri color series off. Great quality product!

Tinted the front windows to
Match the back today. Ordered a Bak-flip bed cover it was a hard decision as I was up in the air between that and Soft Topper. Loved the look but was concerned about keeping things in the back safely. With the Bak-Flip it will be a little safer and convenient so I’ll be able to clear off the back seat of the first aid kit , Bugout bag , folding chair, ropes lol and the list goes on lol.

Some Ducks came by to say hi as I was letting the Taco sit in the 90 degree temps and sun to help cure the Ceramic Window tint . Now it’s time to head home crack a couple colds ones and fire up the Dvr for some UFC action

 

the leather is aftermarket. The doors and dash red trim is factory. I have a 2018 SR5. Not sure about other years.
