2019 Tacoma hazard and turn signal stopped working suddenly

can any one please advise turn signal indicator appears once and no more hazard not working at all .

 

Flasher relay

 

There is no relay per say anymore. The flashing is done via solid state chip that is part of the combination meter pcb.

 

If you have any LED doodads added, trailer wiring, etc. start there. Even if they’ve been in service for a while, start with aftermarket.

 

Check the fuses

 

have already done so. The wierd thing is when I use the turn sign to the left the turn indicator arrow on my display turns on and turns off right away and doesnt come back on same thing with right turn and hazard light same thing

 

Remove (pull) the surrounding molding to the Combo Meter, then remove the 4 bolts that hold it in place. Remove the Combo Meter connectors (x2)


then remove the rear cover and take a look at the PCB.
See if there's visible burnt signs.

I have checked the combo meter and it has no signs of being burned out like the picture provided any other suggestions?

 

Burnt can be subtle and unviewable. Posted picture is "extreme" example.
You could borrow buddies combo meter and test...
