    UGH.
Was pulling the injectors to replace them, and one of the plastic caps came off and fell into the injector port. I cant see it but it HAS to be in there. What can I do? Can I do anything?

Try blowing some compressed air through the manifold

From what I've seen on this is to remove the spark plug for that injector, get a vinyl or rubber hose with some duct tape on the end and try fishing it out.
I'd tape the sticky tape to the hose so it doesn't fall off.

Good idea. I had taped off the ports, you know, to keep from dropping sh!t in there... so I removed the tape and was able to shine a light down in there. I can see it, sitting on top of the valves, mocking me. I MAY be able to suck it out with my small shop vac or grab it with some long tweezers or something with tape like mentioned above. Thank god it isn't gone forever, haha. You'd think they'd glue those suckers on.

I got one off of Amazon for a plumbing job. Have used it on hundreds of projects and I still haven't done that plumbing job yet.

    I GOT IT!!!!
    Whew.
While I was trying to find the crevice attachment for my small shop vac, I locked eyes with a small T-handled Allen wrench, that for whatever reason YEARS ago, I had bent the tip 90 degrees. I was able to do some delicate engine surgery with a flash light and hook the stupid thing to pull it out. Was like playing Operation. Neighbors probably thought my truck was eating me with my legs sticking out like that, lol.
Thanks for all the great suggestions, everyone. Current crisis averted.

Funny thing, I popped the cap back onto the injector and it was NOT a loose fit. It is quite tight and took some force to snap it back on. Lesson here:
CHECK THE CAPS ON YOUR NEW INJECTORS BEFORE INSTALLATION!!!!!
