Looking to buy a rav4 "prime" in the family. Seems like they are new enough that pre-owned is not much of a possibility.

Any general thoughts or buying advice? In NY for what that is worth.

I doubt there is any flexibility in the price of buying a new one.

I'd buy a regular hybrid or a gas model, there's a big price difference. If it's something exclusive to the Prime that is the reason you want the prime, I guess that won't work.

How much is the prime? If it's close in price to the Sequoia just get the Sequioa.

Check the rates for a loan. Talking heads say new car loans are about 7%.
