2003 Tacoma Base Model Fuel tank Strap rear

My rear tank strap rotted out and I'm looking for a replacement. RockAuto wants $57, which I think is a bit much, but searching around I found them as much as almost $100 and as low as $29 (but not spec'd for an 03).

Does anyone know if the 2004 and 2003 model tank straps are the same? Why, because there are a lot of cheap ones for the 04, but the 03 is not listed as a fit. But it seems on the higher priced ones, it fits both. I don't get it.

Right now I have a ratchet strap on it. (classic)
