Does someone know what headlights these are and if they're available anywhere?

What are the conditions of your lights? Are they OEM?

They are OEM with a lot of cracking going on. They are still functional, but I think it'd be fun to switch up the look of the truck and get some new ones

Too bad someone didn't make a good aftermarket projector light for our 2g trucks. I like the 2 light setup better as I know a few people who did retrofits and the high/low solenoid acted up

Are you looking for something that "looks cool" or something that "performs well?" If you just want cool looks, any of the Chinese made headlights will be just fine - and utterly useless at night. If you want true performance, as has already been said, go with new (or used) OEM housings and the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade.

Sad, but true. Good lighting takes good engineering and design followed by disciplined manufacturing. All of that costs money. Cut corners on any of them and you get fancy looking lights that don't perform or last. Unfortunately, there's a ton of them out there - mostly from China.

Fortunately, you've come to a place (TW) where there are a good number of knowledgeable lighting enthusiasts. Our Lighting sub-forum is a place many, many people from around the world come for great lighting advice. The best advice I can offer you for great lighting on your 2nd gen Tacoma is right here:

Not sure of your budget, but I just ordered the OEM Pro headlights for like $450 with tax just cause my stockers are finally yellowing beyond repair.

As other have mentioned, do the Ultimate Headlight Mod (which I currently have).

Can’t wait to see the improved (subjective) looks of the Pro housing. The UHM is totally worth it, btw.

Spyder is one of the worst brands on the market. Might as well not have headlights at night. They sell to those wanting a cool new look to people that don't know better. Lots of threads on people trying to understand why they can't see after installing.

All things being equal the highest performing lighting assembly is a reflector. A larger reflector is vastly superior to a smaller one. A large reflector is also vastly superior to a projector. The most critical thing in lighting assemblies is precision optics design and manufacturing. Without precision engineered optics and manufacturing you don't have optical focus, which means your lights don't project distance. The 2nd Gen assemblies have *massive* reflectors, designed and built by the highest quality automotive brand and manufactured in the USA to extreme precision, making them exceptionally high performing light assemblies. You are proposing replacing outstanding OEM USA made headlight assemblies from one of the highest quality manufactures with tiny projector and tiny reflector Chinese assemblies with no precision optics and crap build quality that won't hold even the slightest candle to OEM. That would be a big mistake.

Replace the OEM assemblies with new, or the smoked TRD units and follow the lighting upgrade already linked for exceptional lighting performance.

those headlights probably have the lightpower of an iphone light

or get OE-style Depo smoked housings new $120 for no proven difference from OEM (also paired with UHM and improved bulbs)

Except the smoked lens might be an issue for state inspection..unless you mean the black backing?
