AVID Off Road

Does anyone know if AVID is still operating? I ordered a light bar in early November of 2022. I was giving them time since they may have been busy. I've made several attempts to contact them without success. Now it appears their website is down. I hope I'm not out the money I spent.

 

if you used a credit card, just dispute the charge.

 

That’s what I was thinking also. I’m assuming he’s going through some problems. I didn’t want to pile on if he needs some time. That’s why I was looking for some info. If he’s closed, was hoping he would let existing customers know. Trying to be decent about it.

 

I paid with a credit card. I emailed and called. When I couldn’t access the website is when I became concerned. Too bad, I really like the light bar they were selling. Thanks to all.

That’s too bad, I had their front bar and “sliders” back in the day; they were well made products.

Edit: I did find out that 3 orders are going out Monday. So if you can send me your order number ill see if its yours. Weve had a lot of rain in PHX and it always causes delays in powder.
