    I believe the bulb # you need is 74. It’s a small wedge bulb. Got mine from Autozone IIRC.

    If you end up needing a new control assembly I have one in silver, works great. I just swapped mine for a black set up.

    Wanted to bump this up. Just bought an 05 and having the same exact issue. I took it completely apart and even cleaned the board with a cotton swab and alcohol, and still works intermittently. The fact that it comes on when tapping it has to mean something, I just can’t figure out exactly what.

    Came here to figure this out, too. Have a somewhat new to us 07 Tacoma and the CC lights would work for a while then not. Finally got around to replacing the bulbs, which were totally fine. It worked great -for a while, then now it's exactly back to working some of the time. Anyone make any progress troubleshooting this?
