My battery died about a month ago, and I replaced it with no issues. A few days ago, I went to my truck, and when I used the fob to open the door, it sounded weak, like the battery was dead. I put the key in and turned it, I only saw a faint oil light, and it didn't start. Confused, I tried it again, and the truck started right up!!! I was like, WTF! Today it happened again, but this time it didn't turn on. I got AAA to come out and give me a jump. They tested the battery and said everything was working. The alternator was working fine, too, based on the diagnostic.

Before I shell out the cash to get it looked at, I wondered if anyone else had experienced this.

Sounds like a bad connection on a main power or ground, what do your battery cables look like?

It had some build-up but took most of it off. I'll give them a good cleaning tomorrow and see if that helps.

I agree sounds like a bad connection, clean them up good and tighten them down properly and you should be good to go if everything is in working order.
