    Hey everyone,

Just bought my first truck yesterday and I think I scored a deal ($4000 for a running manual 4WD 2003 Tacoma with 230000 miles).

Needs a new clutch and some other work here and there. Already scheduled a clutch appointment.

    Here's my questions:
    1) It needs a new inner tie rod on the front driver side. Should I replace both at the same time? What brand should I go with? (Don't really trust Detroit Axle on eBay, haha).

    2) The e-brake is inoperable. Is that something I should just have a mechanic do? What are some good troubleshooting tips for that?

    3) The front bumper/frame crossmember is bent from a small accident the driver was in (no air bags, still clean title). It doesn't look difficult to replace, but am I wrong about that? Any brand I should go with?

    Any other advice is appreciated.

    Peace,
    Joe
