Camping

Hey folks, I ordered a roof top tent and my wife and I are looking to do a camping road trip in Vermont, Maine, Upstate New York, Mount Washington etc…
We are from Ontario Canada and we are hoping some of you can give me some advice as to which parks to visit or where to stay or tips for travelling. We don’t want to stay in hotels and we have 10 days.

Moreau State Park NY is pretty swell, and there is nice hiking, kayaking, biking right there.

 

Coolidge state park in VT is nice. Long trail brewery is very close. If you stay at Coolidge, try to get one of the lean to sites. They have great views.

 

Any part of Northern Maine is awesome. Lots of logging roads and state parks with camp sites too. Obviously Bar Harbor too is amazing if you make your way down to Acadia
