Will X-Runner Bilstein front shocks lower the front of a regular five lug?

I have a '09 regular cab I want to lower without getting a DJM kit or C-Notching the frame. I read on a forum that X-Runners are 1 inch lower than a regular five lug Taco, but didn't go into details of how that's done.

TL;DR: Would a set of X-Runner front shocks lower the front of a standard five lug Taco?

Also, if anyone has any recommendations on how to do a 1-2 drop, that would be greatly appreciated!

I have XR shocks and springs on order to (hopefully) get a .5 front drop. I got about a 1.0 drop swapping 4x4 springs on the rear.
