    I am running 35s (34.6”) on the 4 inch spindle lift and only rub on the back of the wheel wells. There’s a little plastic piece that sticks out that I’ll have to trim off but other than that it should be fine.

    @Sig Taco

    I did not cmc. I just used a cutoff wheel and trimmed the small plastic piece and it doesn’t rub anymore. My current measurements from ground to top of fender (level ground) are 41.5” front and 43” rear. I have about 500 lbs in the bed right now so it’s probably around 42” front and 44” rear unloaded.

    Any issues with the 4” rear block like axel wrap? I’ll be towing a boat every now and then…

    looking to do a very similar setup. How much extra ground clearance do you have over stock?

    I tow cars here and there. Biggest difference Is the tires you use. The maxtrac 4 inch rear blocks are perfect, I didn’t need driveshaft spacer or cb drop. I did not measure the clearance before I lifted it so I don’t know what the difference is

    @Cement19trdor

    Can you measure ground to fender front and back?
    Do you rub driving fulllock and reverse fulllock?

    Thanks.

    Ok I know this post was old but I’m barely finding out about spindle lifts. lol does the max track spindle push the wheels outwards? Or that’s just how your wheels are? Looks beastly!

    Super nice truck! I have the exact same combination in my hands and I wonder how you did with the JBA's in alignment? Supposedly the JBA's have too much caster for the spindles keeping the factory suspension geometry. I know this is from a while back and I apologize for that, but can you remember what the alignment numbers were? The camber should be about -0.2 or - 0.3 I would imagine.

    For a 4 inch spindle has anyone used these 4inch lift 5100s? Supposedly it’s made for a truck lifted 4 inches? Just haven’t seen anyone that’s really using it.IMG_1758.png IMG_1757.png

    Assuming those are Bilstein 5100 part #F4-BE5-B110-T5, they should work well (4-6-inch rear lift, 27.28" ext. length, 16.34" coll.).
    They should fit without any other mods if you're simply lifted with the MaxTrac blocks in the rear.
    If you have lifted leaf springs and/or add-a-leafs (and blocks shorter than 1.5" or no blocks at all), it's possible you'll need to extend your rear bump stops to avoid the (longer) shock from being damaged when the suspension compresses.

    Welcome to TW

    Thank you for the help! Essentially this is non compatible with the stock rear end? Looking at ways to level out the rear

    Not quite sure what you are asking... ?
    If your rear suspension is not lifted at all, then no, those shocks won't work. You need to have the rear lifted 2.5" up to a max of 6" for those shocks to work.
    Keep in mind most suspension lifts don't actually lift the rear as high as they do the front (which is true of the MaxTrac kit as well). I believe the 4" MaxTrac kit's blocks are 2.5", so yes, those shocks should work. If you are wanting to restore the factory rake (rear being a slight bit higher than the front when unloaded), a pair of 2" lift leaf springs would work well for that (this while keeping the Maxtrac blocks in place). I have Icon RXT leafs myself, but there are other quality options available too (Dobinsons and Deaver come to mind).

    I forgot to mention in my last post, you'll also need extended brake hoses to go with the longer shocks as well.
