The one one the right, why isn't the shaft fully extended? Is it blown?

 

It's not extended.

 

It should be, which means it ain't right.

 

The shock was simply in a collapsed state when I took the picture. There’s nothing wrong with besides what was noted in the original post. Anything else?

 

My understanding of a gas charged shock is that, if not under load, it should extend on its own. So the remote reservoir may need to be recharged.

 

Yeh that shock is donezo lol
