Hey everyone, I’m wondering if anybody else is having issues with a 2020 Tacoma double cab passenger side leak. I see a lot of the threads saying that it’s coming from a few different areas. Mine looks like it’s coming from the far corner underneath the right side of the dash on the passenger side. The dealership already replaced the door seals, but apparently that’s not the issue.

Do you have a sunroof? If so check the drains to make sure they are clear.

Check to make sure your A/C drain is clear also.

Lastly check the cowl vents to make sure nothing is in the way out under there hood, and that flap for the recirculating air works correctly.

Not a good spot for leak, that is where a lot of the ECU's are located. Better pull the plastics/ glove box / knee airbag, and make sure it's not running down any harness. Very simple thing to do, just a few 10mm blots and plastic tabs.

Have you been running the ac? I’d look at the ac drain

Thanks, I will check the sun roof, the drain is clear, but I’m going to do the mod to stop it from dripping on the frame.

How did you check the drain? You need to blow air though it
