Probably, but I only watched the few seconds of the new Tacoma SR5. At first, I thought it was the SR trim, but those wheels were SR5. Still kind of bum that the Pre-runner has a better looking wheels than the more expensive Off-road.

I'm so ready for driving video of the new Tacoma. Cannot come soon enough!

I just want pricing to come out, it’s truly bizarre how manufacturers differ in their pricing release ideology. GM took forever, Ford was nearly instantaneous, at the rate we are going with Toyota you’ll show up to the dealer to look at the truck and the window sticker will have TBD on it for MSRP.

    From what I remmebered:

They had to fight to keep the manny tranny

    Considered putting the 3.4tt.

Wanted to cash in on the over landing trend by working with aftermarket supplies to build the trail hunter so they could sell you a built truck with a warranty (paraphrasing here)

Exact same electric motor as the tundy. Exact. Same.

Realized the taco had a stupid huge aftermarket scene and community after visiting some kinda overland expo and saw mostly tacos.

    Still can't tell us pricing

Told the higher ups that they can design the frame to use coils on some trims and leaf springs on others and streamline costs or whatever and the suits loved it. Idk, I wasn't paying attention to this one all to well

Thats all I remember. I had the video playing as background noise tbh, lol.

You missed the part that Trail Hunter will have a base MSRP of $68k.

That silver SR5 looks a lot better than the picks of the black model a few weeks ago. Looks level at least.

Absolutely hate the wheels. Knowing Toyota, that’s prob by design.

One thing I do like about it is, the nose seems a bit smaller. I agree about the wheels though. Looks like there is lots of room for bigger tires at least. I wonder what the SR5 would look like with black fender flares.

Never saw the SX offered in California. I’ll prob end up buying the OR, but dressing up an SR5 with new wheels and suspension is always and option.
