Ground zero for the tornado in Stoughton.



My friend lives around the corner but only had some tree limbs land in his yard. Missed his fence unfortunately, because the section right under where the branches fell needs to be replaced. This guy has a lot more damage. The tree was uprooted and then fell onto his fence.

 

There was a tornado not far from me on Friday. I think it took out a couple trees and spun someone's car on the highway.

Never have got any milestone pics and got it with just less than 50k. Always miss it by a mile


Makes me wonder the real time and mileage on it. I’ve been on plus size tires forever and idle at least an hour a day at work..

 

I wonder the same, I put 33s on 3 months after I bought mine with 55k miles. Has 186k now and had 35s on stock gearing and no speedo calibrator for about 3 years

 

Trying out the smoker for the first time. Gifted it to my mom a few years back, she gave it to me since she's maybe used it a handful of times. Trying out some drum sticks for a quick ~2hour smoke

 

I hope so man. I figured I would try wings first since if I mess it up it's less than $10 in meat versus pork shoulder or brisket

Just finished dinner, wings were pretty good for the first time smoking them. Slight smoke flavor, not over the top and I finished them on the grill with about 3 mins a side on high to crisp the skin up. Used Tequila Lime seasoning and Chipotle garlic rubs, 4 of each. One drum was taken out to check for done-ness and flavor

 

I use wings to try new dry rubs since they're small and easy to work with. Butts are super forgiving. Briskets aren't as much. The biggest part of a butt is the rest. Pull it off them wrap it in foil and a towel and use a cooler for like 3 hours. All those tikoks of them shredding and steam pouring out is good film but that steam is all moisture!!!!

I have an offset smoker takes some tending to. I smoke butts into the stall then finish them in the oven overnight.

Try sausages next time whenever i do a smoke i stuff some into the open spaces.
