    I have a 2003 4x4 tacoma, 200k miles. Engine is 3.2l 5vzfe.

After breaking down a couple months ago I towed it to a shop and they said i needed a new engine. I believe their diagnosis was no pressure in one cylinder and another cylinder was blown. I am not a mechanic so my knowledge is only as extensive as a quick Google search.

Does anyone know a reputable shop in the Denver area that will swap the engine? Does anyone have a ballpark price of what this cost them? Im on the fence if I want to part the truck out or fix it and then sell it. Ive already bought a new vehicle, so the truck is just sitting in an alley. Thank you

Sitting in an alley in Denver? Are you sure it hasn't been subjected to an involuntary part-out?
I can't imagine an engine replacement and sale would make financial sense. I would only replace the engine to keep it. I don't have direct knowledge to back that up though. Hopefully someone else chimes in for you.

Be sure they give a fresh diagnosis before seeking an engine.

Low compression on one can be from multiple things.

'blown cylinder' is a vague diagnosis.

Maybe you do need a new engine. Or not. We can't tell from the words used here.
