    Cool stuff
Got a brand new keep camper shell and this past “storm” has shown me that this thing is a full on leaker …. Water coming from 3rd brake light, windows, and the front bulk head …. Anyone else got the leaks

Yes. Big topic with lots of info but I've never seen anything from above like 3rd brake light.
Windows you can replace seals but if they're new it shouldn't. Not sure if you're misinterpreting where the water's coming from.
Or start with the basics and re-evaluate.
Front bulkhead has big gaps designed to let water into the bed without a shell, that have to be dealt with. Some people take off and put butyl or silicone then re-install. And foam on top of that sandwiched between the shell

there's also gaskets they make for the bottom and sides of the tailgate

My old hardbody had a leak in its snugtop
Was small drill holes that weren’t visible outside because of paint, I sealed them with silicone and it was good after that

just do as I did, sit in it and have someone go crazy with a water hose, and wait for the water to appear, you may have it coming in where you’d least expect

If it’s under warranty I’d make the company make it right

May as well. Because a crack or pinhole sounds wild to DIY.

What you said: is how car leaks are diagnosed. But that is done after pulling out the interior first. Headliner and pillars, to see directly.
Not as possible with a camper shell where onto their fiberglass, is headliner carpeting material simply glued onto the whole thing. Not without ripping it off (bad) I would think
