Last night was Powerstop calipers (Jegs Link) on the front after I was told one caliper was seized up on my last brake inspection. I plan to do the rotors and pads later as these rotors and pads are in great shape.


Late to post it but a couple months ago I upgrade the headlights (Jegs Link) which were still factory and faded badly. Smoked taillights (Jegs Link) were by accident when ordering, but I wound up rolling with it. I like the sleek fit.




I also replaced the stereo with an Alpine + amplifier to push my upgraded JBL speakers but I don't have any pictures handy. I had one failed attempt at installing the "Tesla like screen" from Phoenix Automotive and it was complete junk. I'm super lucky I was able to get my money back from that garbage.

I got the boot for the AWD t-case finished and installed yesterday. I used some spare wire I had from a 6MT Fj cruiser boot to build a wire for the 3D printed cupholder. Tig welded a couple of pieces together and it fit pretty well. At that point I handed it over to my mom and she made the A/T Fj cruiser shift boot fit on the wire I made. I used some

$7 3M VHB 100x200mm~ (4" X8") Double Sided Foam Adhesive Sheet Tape 5952 Automotive Mounting Industrial Grade Very High Bond 5952 (1 Sheets 100x200mm)

3M VHB tape to hold it to the bottom of the console. Looking back, I should have asked for some tabs to be 3D printed around the cutout for the wire. Pretty happy with how it turned out though!

Well new(ish) engine after 2 weeks of being in the shop - just drove it 500 fairly tough kilometres home and everything seemed good. Fingers crossed it'll last longer than my other one.
