Bracket Kit and Hardware kit for Nerf Bar

I have a pair of used 3" Black Nerf Bars by Westin, 75-0165 (westinautomotive.com) that I got super cheap and now I wish I never even bought them because im having a hell of a time finding the Bracket Kit for it.

I bought it from a wrecking yard, it was pulled off of a Taco that I also took some seats from and I did not realize that they were incomplete because I needed the Bracket assembly in order to install them.

There is also a Hardware kit but it seems like most of that can be sourced pretty easily anywhere.

My question though is if any of yall know where I can buy the Bracket Kit, and possibly the Hardware Kit as well.

I called Westin and spoke to them but they said that they no longer carry any of that and cant help me. Looking around online I can see a bunch of sellers that sell a similar or identical looking bar, complete and new. But Im just looking to get the hardware kit and most sellers dont seem to want to deal with that let alone respond to my messages.
