4.0L Acceleration Tick (2011)

First post on on here! Bought the truck with aftermarket manifold on passenger side that was too thick for studs, ended up having a leak by the gasket. Studs were replaced today and everything was fixed. On the drive home from the shop I started hearing the same noise while accelerating (loud tick) on the drivers side, not sure if there is a leak that was not noticeable due to the passenger side being so loud. Is there anyone that’s had the same problem with the tick? Also should I upload a video of the noise? !!No engine light has shown up just noise when giving her gas!!

 

Look for black carbon where the manifold connects, would possibly show a leak
