So is the wheel a beadlock or no ? I get this is just the rings but how it’s say true beadlock is what I’m confused about

Correct, the hybrid line of wheels from RRW have holes to mount the rings onto. RRW also makes “protection rings” and they mount the same way. They look identical so I believe they put the words “True Beadlock” to differentiate the two so people aren’t mistaken when purchasing.
