its an eight point castle nut looking thing that just sits over the actual big axle nut. The axle nut itself doesn't have the cutouts for the cotter pin.

This is a long shot but I had a similar issue many years ago on a truck I had. Couldn't figure it out. Short story is that there was some dried mud stuck on the inside of the rim that was not readily visible. It was throwing the balance of the tire off pretty bad and creating a crazy wobble of the truck once it reached a certain speed

not a bad idea by any means, but he has swapped rims tires with another vehicle with 0 change.

Hows the cv shaft angle look? If its got vibes without driveline its in front most likely, If theres no irregular sounds coming from the rear axle.

O.P. go back too stock height, or drop down to 2 inch's,and your vibes will most likely go away, believe it or not each truck handles lifting differently, some will have no problems at all lifted, others nothing but problems.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned, and only anecdotal at best, but when I installed my 3” Dobinsons lift, they advised me not to bother with rear axle shims, carrier drops, or anything. So I didn’t install any.

And I’ve got at least 50k miles on the lift so far, on and off road. No vibrations or any other problems at all. I haven’t seen any unusual wear or any work needed outside of keeping my u-joints lubed well.

If you haven’t yet, maybe try taking all spacers, shims, etc out and see how it likes that?

Best way to check front wheel bearings is to lift the front of the vehicle and spin each wheel by hand while holding the knuckle with the other hand. If the bearing is bad you'll feel roughness through the knuckle. A good bearing will be complete smooth and whisper quiet. Compare side to side

Grabbing the wheel at 12 and 6 and checking for play doesn't always identify a bad bearing

Maybe I missed it but when the carrier bearing was installed were the U-Joints phased correctly?
If they are out of phase or one is stiff that can cause a vibration like you describe.

Otherwise your probably gona have to find someone with specialized equipment to analyze vibrations like this guy since it sounds like all the parts have been thrown at it already.

Happens to me multiple times every winter, with snow and ice buildup inside the wheel.

cv’s aren’t pushing too bad at all. they do have the SLIGHTEST bit of play.
    no sounds coming from them.
I have noticed a clicking noise recently from the front end though..
