Abs module 2008 tacoma prerunner 4.0

    My abs module leaking at brake lines are them O rings or flared fittings can’t seem get answer

    Brake hard lines are always flare fittings (or at least every one I've seen is), there are generally 2 types of flare used on brake systems double (inverted) flare and bubble flare.
    I'm not certain which type Toyota uses so you would have to see.

    They're probably M10x1.0 double flare on 3/16" tubing... don't buy regular 3/16" SAE, which will look just fine, and thread in, and won't tighten because they're just a hair too small. I've never messed with the ABS pump, so I could be wrong... not unheard of for an ABS pump to use a different fitting than a manufacturer uses on anything else.

    Now for the bad news. If you have a leak, the most likely answer is you have a rusted out brake line. Unless someone did something really wrong in the past, line nuts & flared connections don't just loosen or lose their seal.
