    Not much in any case!

I might have added 5 gallons in each 100 gallon tank many years ago.

I lost count 5 or 6 now but when your mornings start a 0 dark 30 it happens .

2 were in the drive way! I have never hit one they all have been side impacts.

Though none since I no longer work!

Great idea! Every thing that helps is good.

like every other high visibility device some will still claim they never took notice.

Prayers for you and your wife. I hope you both have full recoveries.

Reports are coming out about a new strain that can avoid any protections we might have from other strains. Be careful out there folks.

Good morning everyone , I hope you have a good Saturday.

Good morning guys, have a great weekend.

Running the Roomba, washing a load of clothes and waiting on a home inspection guy are about all I’m doing today.

Home inspection is to see if I qualify for any more state money for hurricane mitigation stuff. We have had it done several times over the years to help drop the house insurance premiums and harden the house from storm damage. We got the metal hurricane shutters previously, hoping to get a couple of windows replaced with impact resistant ones so I don’t have to put shutters on all of them. Reading the fine print on the application I’m not too hopeful but you never know.

Would love to have the impact windows I put the boards up today so I’m on shift when it rolls.

Here’s a link to the current hurricane mitigation program. It’s a pretty easy application process. Put in for it, money is still available.

The humidity was much lower today - a perfect day to blow dollars out the tailpipe of the wagon. 114 miles to get an ice cream.
    :):):)

The road is my happy place.

Question for you friends.. were almost done putting the new windows in our house.

The windows are low e double pane units.

My wife bought static cling window film for privacy. But someone told us not to use this on low e windows as it can trap too much heat in the windows and cause the windows to crack. Anyone know or have input?

These are the clings in question 20230826_145506.jpg

    Cool looking cling!
I don't know jack about windows unfortunately...

I did read lately about modern low-e windows reflecting so much sunlight it can cause odd things to happen  - like melting the neighbors siding.
