    Or done the feasible thing and put that 4x4 frame he has under it and save 10x the money it would cost to build a truck from scratch.

    i think the 5lug v6 lower radiator hoses might be a direct fit. but i dont know for sure. be the test mule for me

    Man i been looking for a build like this for weeks!! finally found it somehow after clicking through 100 different links hahah. I feel u on the sentimental value, im currently starting a build on my dads 1996 v6 ext cab he passed away about 10 years ago and I held onto his truck and i havent been able to find any info on facebook or google, i forgot all about this forum and happy i looked at it again. Im currently looking at the doetsche 6/4 lift kit because its the only one i found other then fabtech but if u recommend any other brand please let me know

    Hey there! I have a very similar truck and have done pretty much the exact same suspension mods as far as fabtech 3" spindle lift, 1.5 in leveling kit, 2" rear shackle and AAL in the back. I also added the 2" spacers to my rear hub. I am trying to figure out what size tire I can get on there with my 15" AR Mojave rims. I was checking out your fenders since you run much bigger wheels. Did you cut your fenders and add flares?

    I didn’t cut fenders but you will have to do the pinch weld mod. You should be able to get something like a 225/75/15 which is like a stock 6lug wheel size.
