I have a myriad of modifications, switchbacks/puddle pods etc but I have had this issue for a while. I've checked fuses interior/exterior but can't locate what would have caused this. It's only annoying at night trying to hit the rear window switch or ECT button because they're not illuminated. Anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Assuming you meant they are NOT working? Have you added any switches to the center console or left panel that tapped into the illumination wire? Maybe the T-Tap has come out or completely broke the wire?

If you really want help, I’d add info on electrical modifications and very specific details as to how they’re wired.

you can always go back and start disconnecting your add on doodads and see if that helps, to narrow it down.
