Rubber in tonneau cover kit

I installed my tonneau cover oem from toyota but I don't know where to put those rubbers pieces.

pretty sure those are used to fill in the gaps at the top of the bed near the cab

the back part can/should click twice. press down there the pins are on the back third and it should click again and be more secure
