I just put in a new blower motor,ac blows cold just doesn't blow hard. It's like it's on low when it's on high?
    Any help would be appreciated

So it blows low on all speeds?
Does the speed or sound of the blower change?

There is a capacitor that controls your fan speed. Possibly needs replacement.

    It’s a resistor.
But the resistor is bypassed on high speed.

When you replaced the blower motor, did you replace the plug too?
If so, it’s possible to wire it backwards. This has happened to others.

Also, does the fan seem the run the same speed all the time on each setting?
Or does it change on each setting?
