Thinking about get the bilstein 6112/5160 kit and was wondering if BFG 275/70/17 would fit and if I needed UCA’s also?

A lift wont clear bigger tires. What offset wheels? You will most likely need the UCA's and a good alignment. I have 275/75R18's on stock limited wheels and didn't have to trim anything but my alignment guy was cussing me the whole time. But he got them to align great without rubbing anything at all.

You don’t have any lift at all just UCA?

    Work in progress...
You can run 275/70 17's on the stock set up. You run into trouble when you go with the negative offset wheel to get a wider stance. It seems like spacing the wheels out would give more clearance but it actually works the other way around on the back inner corner of the front fender. The outside edge of the tire catches right at the pinch weld. ...I know, I had to watch a YouTube or so to figure what the hell a pinch weld and where the hell it is...

Ok good thank you. I was going to go with 285/70/17 but decided to go a little smaller. Still thinking about going with the bilstein setup.

I have a lift but the lift doesn't change the geometry of the suspension. I had the 34's on with stock suspension.

I have 285/70/17 on +4 offset wheels, 6112/5160 with SPC UCA, still a very minor rub at a few weird angles, rare though. It’s about 2.5 up lift up front

I have always understood that anytime you go over 2 inches of lift on the front suspension, it’s best to do UCA to get the adjustment, alignment needed.
