Anyone using WinPower halogen headlight bulbs?

I recently bought a used 2017 Tacoma and I decided to replace the headlight bulbs with a fresh set. I had read on here that the Hella Standard halogen bulbs were good so I bought a set for my low beams. The Hella bulbs have a light color of 3200K which is a more yellow color. I was not at all happy with the Hella bulbs as the yellow color made them seem dim.

While browsing the internet for better bulbs, I stumbled across the brand WinPower on Amazon. There halogen bulbs have a light color of 4300k which is more of a white color. The glass on these is crystal clear. They claim to be 110% brighter than a standard bulb which I don't think they are. They do seem quite a bit brighter than the Hella bulbs though. And a set of the WinPower bulbs are only $16.

Here is a picture of the low beams when I was driving to work this morning at 6:00 am. You can see in the picture of the front of the truck that the fog lights are more yellow as I have not replaced those bulbs yet. I installed these WinPower bulbs in my low beams and high beams and I have been very happy with them.

Running fogs in nonfoggy conditions is going to reduce the throw and how you optically view it even if you think you're kicking out more light with four sources. I did the H9 route from @crashnburn80 and I'm very happy with it.
