Bluetooth for my '09 Taco?

I did some research before posting here, but I figured I might as well get the best advice on this..

I have an '09 Taco. Reg cab. Basic. 2WD. Would love to add a BT adapter. There are several on the market -- some old, some new -- and wondering what people would recommend? Thanks!

 

When I had my 05 Tacoma I did an auxiliary adapter that plugs in to the back of the stereo and connected a Bluetooth adapter to the aux cable. I didn't have any complaints. You select the CD button to toggle between the CD and the aux since it plugs into the CD changer outlet in the back of the radio.

Thanks! I have an 09. Looks like this maxes out at 08. But that second thing looks pretty nice! I'd love to actually change the dash system, though, since I don't use a CD

 

I actually use a similar device like the 2nd item and it works like charm.
