2010 Tacoma 4x4, just had lower ball joints replaced by an independent shop. Alignment was way off after, steering wheel had to be held at 45* to the left to drive straight. Took the truck to American Tire Depot and paid $120 for an alignment.

After the alignment the steering wheel is much straighter but the truck still pulls to the right pretty hard. After driving home and noticing the truck still wasn't tracking straight, I took a closer look at the alignment report. There is no reading for the before and after on the truck camber, I am assuming it is so far out of spec it can't get a reading? Tech didn't mention anything, handed me the keys and said I was all set.

If I don't counter steer I am completely out of my lane in a few seconds (much stronger than the natural drift caused by a convex road) Tires are worn unevenly and due to be replaced soon anyways. I am going to rotate the front tires today and see if that changes the direction the truck is pulling.

Any suggestions on what this might be? Damaged suspension component? Incompetent alignment shop?

Did they replace just the LBJs or entire lower control arms? What brand parts?
I would go back to the alignment shop and get more details on the work they did.

They only replaced the LBJs. The shop owner did say "it was a bitch to get those ball joints pressed in" when I picked up the truck, so maybe they did something wonky? There was no major tracking issue prior to the LBJs being replaced.

I wonder if they took off the entire LCAs to press the LBJs out on the bench and didn't even try to put it back to original settings.
Put some pics of the LCA adjustment bolts. And I would go back to the alignment shop and tell them that the alignment is still off.
