    Specs look like this

    Camber L 0.0 R 0.1
    Toe. L 0.0. R 0.0
    Caster. L 0.8. R 0.6

I know ideally the caster would be 2.5 or a little higher, but it is maxed out. The truck drives perfect and I am happy. I have a hard time wrapping my head around what caster actually is. My question is will there be any problems that result from the low caster numbers? Will my tires wear unevenly/prematurely? If so I'd rather get some uca's than chew up my new tires.

This is the best the alignment guy was able to get, with a 2.5 lift (OME Nitros/884) and stock UCAs

Even though everything was within spec, I still have a slight pull to the left (shop blamed it on the tires).

New tires are on the list, but if it continues to pull...aftermarket UCAs would be added to the list.

Did a quick youtube search, and found this one on caster.

I also have 884s but on bilies. Obviously my caster isn't maxed out. I just had the pulling left problem you have now. Before this alignment, my left camber was 1.1 an right was 0.5. After getting camber to 0 the pull went away. You might try to get that left down to 0 to match the right. Worked for me

Bump. Any known issues with low caster if the truck drives fine?

I am surprised the truck drives fine with the caster at only .8 and .6

With stock UCAs, we like to see the caster still be a minimum of 1.3 Degrees positive, and even then people will still say the vehicle wanders.

Caster only affects drive-ability, not tire wear. The more the caster is out of spec, the more the truck will feel like it's wandering, like Dan said. It won't wear your tires unevenly though, so if you're happy with the way it drives, then you don't need to worry.

Perfect. It's driving straight as an arrow so I'm happy. Thanks for the input.

I have not nearly enough caster either. I don't notice it too much on 35-45 mph roads but on the highway it darts like crazy. Constant steering wheel correction to keep it straight.

Low caster is manageable and probably acceptable to most while driving under 45mph... Get on the freeway and it's a different story.
