The price is close to correct for oem, but “brand: oemdepots” and “direct oem replacement” seem like red flags to me. Of course both of those are ambiguous enough to be open to interpretation, but I wouldn’t pull the trigger on those personally.
edit: also “…We've got them all covered for you with our years of solid experience in headlight R&D and manufacturing”

Pricing is half price compared to new given its $640 usd for a set. Only thing that looks sketchy is the description you mentioned.

Oh you’re right. I was thinking that was single light price for some reason. At $640 a set they are absolutely not oem

As others have pointed out, those are not OEM. Those are the POS knock offs that have horrible performance, inconsistent pattern, dark spots, weak output, and lack the same number of emitters and reflectors as OEM. Definitely do not buy.

    Bingo. Fake Chinesium knock offs.

For buying new OEM headlights online, I'd only buy from a Toyota online dealer. Many Toyota dealers sell online at discounted prices. Do not buy from a sketchy 3rd party "OEM Depo" type resellers, that may try to pass off aftermarket products as OEM equivalent in ambiguous language. Get it from the source where there is zero question.

For your '05 or do you own a 3rd gen? This is a 3rd gen specific thread, if you're shopping for the '05 listed in your profile there's a separate thread.

For 3rd gen low beam, you pick, H9 or high efficiency H11. For H9's you pick Phillips H9 (same as stock high beam bulb) or Hella for whiter light and slightly less output. For high efficiency H11, the Tungsram +130 / +120's I think are top dog but it's all on the first page and crash keeps it updated. To use an H9 in the low beam spot you pop out the green plastic part from the connector with a small flat blade screwdriver. You might also want to trim the metal tab to make it easier to insert them by matching the H11 metal tab fin shape, flush cutters work well there or a box cutter and pair of pliers. Last, I sell H9 connectors so you can de-pin and re-pin to those new connectors if you really want the yellow center plastic, or just swap the center plastic bit if it snaps in well (sometimes the plastic connector part seems to shrink a very tiny bit compared to new, I think from the heat of the engine bay, so the new center plastic on mine didn't quite fit as snug as I wanted it to.)

Cool, thanks for detailed response! What are you guys running for high beam bulbs?

Same as stock is what’s suggested.
The Philips h9s I found locally for $18 a pair before I switched to oem led

OEM LED. Once you get past the sticker shock, it's the only viable option.
