Need help finding a pigtail for a 2013 hazard switch / clock panel wire harness. Cut the wires by mistake and soldered them back but clock now keeps resetting to 1:00 everytime I shut off my truck. Is the harness the issue or the panel itself? I have checked all the fuses and they are good.

Sounds like you either didn't connect the constant power wire Pin 13 (White) or your DOME fuse is blown.

    Thanks
What is the number on the fuse? This way I won't have to pull every one to check for a blown fuse. I will certainly check them both. Again Thank you

They aren't numbered, they will be labeled on the fuse box lid.
I can't remember if the DOME fuse is in the underhood fuse box or interior fuse box but if your dome lights work it's most likely good.
