    Looks like I just need to take the LP off, then pull this piece off and pop a new one on yes? Am I missing something?

    Anyone know the part #?

    What's wrong with that one? It's not clipping, obviously, but is it the cap? The clip?

    I suspect you're right it's just not obvious to me what's broken so you might need some more clips etc.

    I have 2 zip ties holding mine on. I carry spares for each time I rip it off again. One of these days I’ll replace the whole bumper with an aftermarket winch bumper.
