I won't have anything to do with them. There are plenty of other reputable companies selling insurance to choose from.

I've got a 400w power pack and a 100w solar panel. I can keep my refrigerator running for a long weekend. I think the inverter uses to much power so avoiding use of 110v items really helps conserve the power pack. If the power pack needs more juice than the solar can provide, I plug it into the trucks inverter. While I'm charging the power pack I plug the refrigerator into the truck as well.

I received a letter from Wawanesa advising my rates are going up a month prior to my renewal ut gave me a chance to do some research... Bottom line their costs and everyone elses are rising due to the economy, labor, parts, etc. Not saying I like it but it is what it is. Wawanesa has been good for me for 20 -25 years ir so.

I couldn't get an uncrowded pic of the sign, too many peoples moving about. Thanks for posting your pics from your visit, it was the motivation that I needed to get me arse in gear and go for short drive and enjoy a national treasure. Did you climb the stairs from High street up to the church? I was making jokes with the lady friend about how many drunks must have tumbled to their demise on the steps!

It's hot outside, heat illness has caught up to me again. Cramps, headache and light headedness isn't good 10' off of the ground, I'm inside to cool off for a bit. I got some good progress done on the deck, the final deck boards will go on in an hour or so.

I messed up a corner joint last night, so I came up with a 'save' for this morning. I like this design much better, lots of strength doing it this way.

Outer rim joist in place. The deck framing is officially done! It only took 10 months....

Prudence wanted to go for a drive this morning, so we went and got iced/nitro coffee from Sheetz and then some grocery shopping for todays meal. I need to find a parts vehicles with a complete A/C system to harvest some components to get mine working again.

Marty, We have 2 EcoFlow Delta’s with 2 EcoFlow 160 watt panels. They each provide up to 1300 watts though we don’t max charge them so we get about 1000 watts each. We are able to keep the solar generators at 80% after a few hours in full sun. I’m pretty impressed with the 160 watt panels. I can run everything that I need off the Ecoflow’s including the max air fan and fridge. The A/C is the challenge, it draws too much for the solar generators. The start up draws too many amps. So we will eventually have a soft start installed. Our Genrac 3300i can run the unit in low, but then fuel becomes the issue. A/C can run for about 4-6 hours on a tank of fuel (1gal). We will also be converting to Lifepo4 batteries. Our trailer is already set up for Solar with Zamp connections and plan to use our portable panels to draw power.

Sorry weesa. It's sunny and 68° here. I will get some white claws if you come by. And the blackberries are ripe!
