05 Tacoma jerk studder when I’m at 30-40 mph then 50-60

Hello can someone help me out engine jerks and stuffers at 30-40 and 50-60 sometimes from a stop. Had cylinder 4 misfire changed spark plugs and swapped the coil from 4 to 1 and still cylinder 4 misfire. I’m thinking fuel injector but not sure.

 

How many miles?
Change the air filter, run some fuel
System cleaner, clean the throttle body, and clean the MAF sensor

 

191k I honestly think it’s a head gasket problem. Coolant is going somewhere I will probably be doing some test to be sure. Same misfire cylinder 4. Also the passenger side floor is wet but doesn’t smell like coolant maybe that’s the ac drain that is clogged.
