Streets here in Los Angeles are very bad, specially after all the the rains and the crappy repairs that they did. Will Off road springs will be better than sport springs? (looking for a softer ride).
Also I have a pair of used springs but I can't find part number or how to know which one is left or right.

I have yet to see spring rates published that suggest they differ across 3rd gen trims. The only information on coil spring rates I am aware of is in this stickied thread.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...2016-tacoma-presented-by-toytec-lifts.395798/

"Spring rate on the factory coil did indeed come back at 717lbs/inch."

However, there are many aftermarket coil springs available with 600, 650, and 700 lb/in rates. I have 600 lb/in coils myself.

The offroad shocks will help. The springs themselves I don't believe make a difference across all 3g trims excluding the Pro (which still has the same leaf springs, just 2.5" Fox shocks/coilovers instead of the Bilsteins found on the OR and Sport).

I'm running bilsteins 5100 with the sport springs. Since I have a new set of take offs with a 1.000 miles from an Off-road that I bought long time ago I was going to switch springs. But I can't find a part number on the springs to corroborate if they are indeed off road and which is left or right. I never ever go off road although it seems that way driving in LA and I already got pulled over for swerving trying to not to fall into the big pot holes.
