Cragar Soft 8 and 05+ 5lugs

I know its been said that the Cragar's don't fit our 5lugs, but I had to see for myself if the Cragar Soft 8 would fit my 2010 5lug, so I ordered a 16x8 and slapped it on my truck. Well, the rim clears the top portion of the caliper, which I thought was the main problem, but the minute you tighten the lug nuts the mounting surface of the rim hits and rubs against the face of the caliper and doesn't allow the rim to move. Hope this little info helps future guys out from wondering if the Cragar Soft 8s fit our 5lugs.

 

That's a shame. I love the look of those wheels and I also have a 5lug.

 

Know the feeling is why I had to go to V-TECH rims
