    The metal piece sticking out, right?

    Not that I've thought of yet. Its hard to get a good grip, so I think I'd need a second thumb on one hand to grip turn and push it in. :anonymous:

    @SACTOWN
    Story #3, this is going to take some time.
    Background... when my son turned 2 I started taking him fishing with me and his uncle pretty much every weekend. My brother and I have on particular lake we like to fish. Now keep in mind that we are at this place (which we is technically a park, roughly about 50 acres). We have been there so often that the entire park staff and fish and game wardens know us by name.
    My son at this time is 8 years old,grabs his scooter and tells me he is headed to the playground. Great, fantastic, have a good time. I'll be down in a bit to check on you. An hour goes by and I. Jump in my truck and head to the playground, all is good. So I go back to fishing. 2nd hour comes up, I jump in my truck and head for the play ground to check on him. He is having a blast, not hungry or thirsty. So I go back to fishing. 45 minutes later, one of the park maintenance people pull up and tell me I need to get to the playground immediately. Ok, but o_Oo_Oo_O I now have this look. I jump in the truck and head that direction. Only to be met by 3 sheriff's who immediately put me in hand cuffs.o_Oo_Oo_O ok but wtf did I do.
    They explain that I have abandoned my child:rofl:o_O:rofl:. I look up at them and say, "you are fucking kidding me, right?" Btw I can't stop laughing at this point, which didn't please the officers at all. They stand there and try to tell me of all the dangers of leaving a child unattended. My answers to all their bullshit didn't make them happy either. As I told them... there's a better chance of his uncle or a priest to moleste him than being at the park. My last question to them was, well he is 8, when am I allowed to turn him loose on the world. Answer... well that's a judgment call. So you are now telling me I am sitting here in handcuffs sitting on a curb for a judgment call ???o_Oo_Oo_O wtf is wrong with you, all because some Karen dialed 911:luvya:
    They then tell me they will be informing cps and I should expect a visit. They tell me I am free to go, I looked up at them and said, "I don'tfeel very free, how bout you back up a couple of feet. I feel like I am about to get ass pounded into the ground.
    The lady was In my house for 5 minutes while I asked her the same questions and got the same answers. It's a judgment call, well thank you, have a nice day and get the F out my house.

    Seriously, this is not a lie or a joke. My brother was standing 10 feet from me and couldn't believe what he witnessed. :rofl::rofl::rofl: and I'll could do was sit in handcuffs and laugh. Which also didn't make the police very happy. Even the employees of the park were there shaking their heads.

    Yup, no tools needed except a set of fingers to tighten up a drag. I am not familiar with that particular reel, but it looks like you need to turn the top piece with teeth to loosen or tighten it up. The back button/ switch is for casting

    The police and I have a long history... I have seen where they pass 20 people and walk/March directly toward me and I haven't done shit. It's either I look like I know too much or I am guilty AF. Can't explain it.:(
