Greetings! 2000 Tacoma, SR5. My FSM is missing page IN-28 and BE-2, can anyone share them with me? I've come up dry trying to find a complete FSM anywhere, for sale or otherwise.
I'm trying to diagnose my ABS issue (light always on), and my cruise control issue (light does not illuminate, even when turning ignition key to ON position).

I opened my pdf copy of the FSM and tried reading the ABS DTC code by jumping the E1 and Tc terminals on the diagnostic port. No code appears. FSM states inspect ABS warning light circuit or diagnostic circuit (Page DI-447 or DI-449) I believe the trouble is either the 4wd/ABS controller or the wiring harness.

Page DI-447 refers me to page IN-28 to check for short in harness and connecter between GAUGE fuse and ABS ECU. I can't find this page in the FSM. Does anyone have access to it?

Page DI-449 instructs to check voltage between Tc and E1 on the DLC1 (diagnostic port). With ignition on, voltage should read 10-14v. I am reading 4v. This page also refers to the missing page IN-28, to check for open and short in harness and connector between ABS actuator and DLC1

For the cruise control, the ecu terminal diagrams make me think I have a Ford. No mfg name is visible on the unit.
My dash indicator check (look for cruise light on dash when ignition switch on) failed: no indicator light. FSM page DI-612 refers to page BE-2 for the next step to check , which I can't seem to locate. Does anyone have this page?

    Thanks!

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Any idea what those numbers refer to In-28 and BE-2 I have neither ABS or Cruise control so I never really looked.

Do you have the complete digital FSM with all The volumes ?

Give it some time. Someone might have this foryou.

Worse Case buy time at All Data or Toyota Information Services down load what you need.

One of things on my (long) list of things to do- is write a program to read all the individual pdfs in the digital FSM and pull the page number from the top of the page and add it into the file name.

IN-28 = How to Use the Diagnostic Chart and Inspection Procedure
    BE-2 = Repair Manual##Body Electrical##Troubleshooting##Problem Symptoms Table

Each section of the digital FSM has a code:

After searching for the code, then just click each page within that section to find the page you're looking for; they aren't in order. It ain't fast, but it'll get ya there.

Thanks, this got me where I needed to be. The index for the PDF files is challenging to navigate! They certainly aren't in order.
I found a used paper copy of all 3 volumes of the 2000 Taco FSM on Ebay and pulled the trigger. Hopefully I find that more logical to navigate as I work thru the final 3 repairs on this new to me truck (ABS, Cruise control, E Locker) before we get on to the fun parts of the build!
