2006 Frame Warranty

My current vehicle, 2006 TRD 4-door, has shown two rust spots on the frame of the vehicle opposite each other. I am able to patch but not at an easy price. I have also been told there is a warranty on this exact thing but I cant seem to find any information on it. Has this expired within a certain year span or does it still exist? (I also just hit 200k, seeing some people say it might be expired all depending on the life it has left)

 

Expired a while ago ,it was 12 years after truck came into service.

 

Fix it now or wait till your looking at a $4000.00 or more repair or the hunt for a decent used frame.

Then keep constant care every year.

Had my frame replaced under the recall, got a bunch of suspension parts replaced, and they had to do alignment, so it drives like new again.
