This isn't supposed to show up until the 20th. Stuff from overseas has been getting here quicker than domestic orders.

In 100 years it'll be a body on frame only, riddled with bullet holes, nice patina and look like any other abandoned vehicle in the Colorado mountains.
At that point all trails will be virtual hiking only anyway.

CO ANG will use it for a training recovery mission long before then.

My favorite part about DHL tracking is that your package will be in Singapore one minute, and at your front door later that day. Ordered a graphics kit from Australia and didn't even know it was sitting around the corner of my garage door for two days

I think the locking fuel doors were dropped with the '01 facelift. Good luck finding one with the lock tab intact, I've never seen one that isn't broken (although there is someone on here 3d-printing replacement tabs).

You can do what I do: Keep the lock for the theft-resistant aesthetic even though the door is actually just held just with a refrigerator magnet.

Yep, the 1.0 gens had them, but the 1.5 gens did not (2001-2004).

    Lifted, Armored, needs more lights.
It will take awhile, having flown for 7 years with CO NG, the process to get authorization to recover vehicles is long and full of red tape. That being said they got -47's right before I left so they have the lifting ability for just about everything in house.

Grew up in Fairbanks, AK, with Chinooks flying out of Fort Wainright all the time, always loved hearing that distinct double rotor sound.

Note to all Tacoma owners! No need for fancy anti-theft devices, just don't fill up before you go to bed
All seriousness, happy you got your truck back though!:dancingbacon:

I'm still curious as to why so many Toyotas are getting snagged by thieves recently

Ease of access or break-in sure, but more so wondering how they're getting them started. Far as I know you can't start a yota with a USB-a cable like a Kia
@Bholm Any idea how they got yours started?
