I couldn't even read it all. Just feels like small
Line-X has a bit of give to it and will squish when you tighten bolts/washers. This was fine and actually looked awesome for about a full year before it started to crack under the extreme pressure of a Canadian freeze thaw. Once it's cracked water will get behind and start to rust.

To be honest, structurally, it was fine, I just didn't like the rust stains that sort of "dripped" down from the hardware. Also, knowing the weakness was there sort of bothered me occasionally.

It also changes the size of mounting holes which can be scraped when bolt goes through, OR in my case, prevented me from using a flip plate because the mechanism wouldn't work with the installed holes because of the small diameter. Of course you could drill, but then you have exposed steel with a Line-X edge (weak spot).

None of these are issues with powder coating, and I have the ability to paint it later in a hour or two down the road, and I'm not as hesitant to remove and adjust bolts multiple times over the course of their life.

I should mention that although I never scraped anything off from rocks, I think if I had line x on some sliders... that stuff would scrape off.
