Looking for advice: AC Evaporator Assembly for 2014 Tacoma.

I need a new evaporator but the Toyota part # 88511-04010 is not available...anywhere. Toyota dealers report having 861 on backorder in the US today.

There are several alternate ones available from various manufactures: UAC, GPD, TYC, Four Seasons, Air Products, and Murray.

Does anyone have experience with evaporators from any of these companies...good or bad experience? (I heard there is one that does not fit properly.)

I have had Good Luck with Four Seasons in the past.

Quality has changed across the board and not for the good.

Go with a local Supplier so your not dealing with shipping and under stand the warranty labor on a evaporator coil is not cheap . Even the time to do it yourself.
