This is gonna sounds crazy but I have a 2000 Tacoma with the v6
When I start it at cold start it’s fine and I drive it to my location no matter how far or how long I have it on for it does not shake but as soon as I turn it off and let it rest for 30 minutes it starts to shake and idle, while driving, and when I rev it. Any ideas what it could be ?

There is a cylinder or 2 misfiring due to an injector leaking or coolant seeping into the cylinder(s). You are going to have to take it to a shop for a proper diagnosis.

Looks like you have early diagnosis of the dreaded taco ‘hot no start’ condition

do a search to determine what ‘easy’ parts you have/can replace

when I searched 80% of fixes were
    -injectors (leaking)
    -FP
