I caught myself making a funny noise when I saw those bottles lined up! Followed by "Damn!"

I have the malted rye, I think it’s pretty good. It’s worth it depending on price

The local bourbon while on vacation. Not too bad, think it would make a great Old Fashioned!

I brought back a bottled in bond rye from California for my friend, and we both agreed it wasn’t bad, but didn’t stand out, and probably wasn’t worth the $100 price tag.
    Haven’t tried the others.

The price isn’t anywhere near $100, but I just read some reviews and I don’t think it’s my flavor profile.

Neither is the malted. But the blender’s select sounds like it’s in my wheelhouse, so I’ll likely pick up one of those.

Been gone a long time, sold the Tacoma and bought a new truck. Of all the threads I miss this one the most!!!! Tonight’s pour, getting to the end of a $160 bottle that’s only been out a couple weeks. Was it worth it? Idk, But…. It is delicious.

    Tonight's lineup went:

    Green River Wheated
    Makers 46 Cask Strength
    Larceny BP C922

All three are great. The GR was like drinking cream soda. Larceny is giving me potato chip aromas and a nice hug.

I haven't had the bonded but I didn't like the last two. Over price especially the blenders select. The others are great. The straight makes a great old fashion.

Had to try the 2020 vs 2023 right away when I got home. Been babysitting the 2020 forever. 2023 more dark and more fruit forward.

have not had the blenders select but the other two are good. Bonded is just an average rye, the malted is good but the new riff 6 year malted beats it every time so I’d go that route if you wanted to try a malted rye

Based on the comments here and reading reviews, and knowing what flavors I like, I think the blenders select is probably the only one I’d be interested in.

Have you opened the Oban? I opened mine the other day and was disappointed. It's gotten a little better after a few days, but is still off. Not sure if I got a "bad" batch or what.
